meet brie

Brie Cosgriff’s eye for design naturally led her into real estate. A Colorado resident for over 25 years, she pairs deep Denver market knowledge with a background in interior design and house flipping to help clients find, or ideally create, their dream home. Brie works alongside her husband, Keiven, focusing on residential, new construction, and investment real estate, guiding clients toward their goals with thoughtful, personalized service.

With degrees in Fine Arts, Interior Design, and Anthropology, Brie brings a unique perspective to real estate. After 10 years as an interior design project manager, she owned and operated a house-flipping business before earning her real estate license. Her hands-on experience with rentals and new construction gives her the insight to confidently guide clients through everything from fixer-uppers to brand-new builds.

Known for her organized and lighthearted approach, Brie makes the process both professional and enjoyable. She’s especially passionate about helping first-time buyers, new construction clients, and investors make smart, informed decisions.

Keiven Cosgriff brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to Denver real estate. A fourth-generation Coloradan with roots in Leadville and Denver, he pairs deep local knowledge with a background as a corporate attorney specializing in contracts, negotiation, and risk management. An active real estate investor for over a decade, Keiven works alongside his wife, Brie, focusing on residential, new construction, and investment properties to help clients reach their goals.

With a JD and MBA from the University of Denver, Keiven began his career as in-house counsel in the energy sector before moving into custom home building and development. His experience spans land acquisition, zoning, permitting, financing, design, and construction management, giving clients valuable insight across every stage of the process.

Known for his professional yet approachable style, Keiven is passionate about helping clients build long-term financial freedom through smart real estate decisions.

Ireland Wilson brings a refined perspective and genuine enthusiasm to Denver’s dynamic real estate landscape. She is (basically) a Colorado native, giving her an upbringing that informs her deep appreciation for the communities, architecture and lifestyle that define the region.

A licensed Colorado broker with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Ireland serves as a licensed executive assistant to Brie and Keiven. In this role, she is thoughtfully immersed in every stage of the buying and selling process, offering seamless support while gaining invaluable insight from a top-performing team.

Known for her organization, attention to detail and client-centered approach, Ireland ensures each transaction is handled with care and intention. Her compassionate nature allows her to build meaningful, lasting relationships while delivering a polished and elevated experience.

Outside of real estate, Ireland enjoys spending time with her toddler son, exploring Denver’s vibrant culinary scene and traveling to new destinations, cultivating experiences that continue to shape her perspective and connection to home.
