A fourth-generation Coloradan, his deep knowledge of the area is bolstered by his background as a corporate lawyer specializing in contracts, negotiation, and risk management. Discovering financial freedom through real estate as an investor for over ten years, Keiven works with his wife, Brie, as they focus on residential, new construction, and investment real estate and lead clients toward achieving their specific goals.

 

Armed with two master’s degrees from the University of Denver a JD and an MBA Keiven worked in energy as an in-house lawyer before gaining experience in custom home building and development. He is well-versed in land acquisition, project financing, zoning, permitting, design, architecture, construction management, and more. An active investor with multiple new construction builds in place throughout Denver, Keiven aims to exceed expectations as he provides unparalleled service to his clients.
